Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

What you may not use our services, software or deliverables for.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses www.nishu.digital or any service, software, API set-up, automation or hosting arranged by Tessovate Technologies Pvt Ltd. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Prohibited uses

You must not use our services or deliverables to:

  • break any law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, consumer, privacy, tax or export laws;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. This includes messages to people who have not opted in, or messages that break WhatsApp Business, Meta or telecom (TRAI/DLT) rules;
  • run phishing, fraud, scams, pyramid or "get rich quick" schemes, fake reviews or impersonation;
  • distribute malware, ransomware or exploit code, or carry out hacking, scanning or denial-of-service attacks;
  • host or send content that is sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, hateful, violent, harassing, or that infringes copyright or trademarks;
  • sell or promote illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons, illegal gambling, counterfeit goods or unlicensed financial services;
  • collect or process personal data without a lawful basis, or scrape data in violation of a platform's terms;
  • resell, sublicense or share access to our tools or licences, unless your order allows it;
  • try to get around usage limits, security controls or licence checks.

2. WhatsApp and messaging services

  • Message only people who have opted in, and honour opt-out requests straight away.
  • Use approved message templates and follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
  • You are responsible for your quality rating, account restrictions or bans that result from how you use the service, and for Meta's conversation charges.

3. Security responsibilities

Keep credentials secure, use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and tell us straight away about any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this AUP has been breached, we may investigate, remove content, suspend or stop the service, and report illegal activity to the authorities. When we can, we will warn you first. Fees for work already done are not refundable when a service is ended because of an AUP breach.

5. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with as much detail as possible.
