Nishu Digital sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges. Everything is delivered online, by email, WhatsApp or direct work on your systems.
1. Order confirmation
Once your payment succeeds, you see a receipt page straight away and receive a confirmation email at the address you entered at checkout. Within 12 business hours, our team contacts you by email or WhatsApp with the timeline, a checklist of what we need from you, and next steps.

3. How delivery happens
- Work on your website, server or accounts using the access you provide;
- files, reports, credentials or documentation sent by email, a secure link or WhatsApp;
- a handover message that lists what was delivered. Delivery is complete when we send it.
4. Delays
If we expect to miss a timeline for reasons on our side, we will tell you in advance with a new date. If the delay is long, you may cancel the undelivered part under our Refund & Returns Policy.

We deliver digital services to customers in India and internationally, subject to applicable law and to the payment methods available to you.
