What personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Tessovate Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Nishu Digital", "we") is responsible for the personal data described here. We handle it in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. We do not sell your personal data.

1. What we collect

2. Our grounds for processing

We process your data with your consent, which you give by submitting the form or placing the order, and for legitimate uses allowed by law. These include fulfilling a service you asked for, meeting legal and tax requirements, and preventing fraud. You can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing already done, or records we must keep by law.

3. Who we share it with

  • Razorpay, to process payments, under its own privacy policy.
  • Infrastructure providers who host and protect our website and email, such as our hosting/VPS provider and Cloudflare.
  • Meta/WhatsApp, when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
  • Third-party platforms needed for your order (for example Google, Meta, or your hosting provider), and only for that order.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, for example tax authorities or lawful requests.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. When they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments.

4. How long we keep it

  • Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company laws require, generally up to 8 years.
  • We delete access credentials you shared, and ask you to change those passwords, once the order and its support period are complete.
  • We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe.
  • Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months.

5. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to people who need it, store order files in locations that cannot be reached from the web, and work with PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. No system is completely secure, so please use strong, unique passwords and share credentials only through secure channels.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
  • withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. We will notify customers of significant changes by email.
