How it works

1. 1. Kick-off & gap analysis — a video call to understand your business, followed by a gap report that shows what already meets the standard and what is missing.
2. 2. Documentation — we prepare the policies, procedures, registers and templates, tailored to your business rather than copied from a generic pack.
3. 3. Implementation — your team starts using the system. We train staff and help collect records over a few weeks.
4. 4. Internal audit & management review — a full mock audit, then corrections, so you go into the real audit prepared.
5. 5. Certification audit — an accredited certification body carries out Stage 1 (documentation) and Stage 2 (implementation) audits, on-site or remotely as its rules allow.
6. 6. Certificate — once any findings are closed, the certification body issues your certificate, which you can verify online.

Timeline

Typically 6–10 weeks from kick-off to certificate. The time depends on how ready your organisation is, how quickly documents and evidence are shared, and when the certification body can schedule the audit.

What we need from you

• Company registration details (incorporation / GST / MSME), address of the site(s) and number of employees
• A coordinator on your side who can spend a few hours a week during implementation
• Access to key people for interviews and records/evidence (factory licence, incident logs, training records, PPE issue records)

Pricing notes

• The price depends on company size and covers one site. Multi-site organisations, organisations with more than 150 employees, or combined (integrated) certifications get a custom quote.
• Annual surveillance audits in years 2 and 3, and recertification after 3 years, are quoted separately.
• Travel for on-site audits outside the auditor’s city, if needed, is billed at actual cost.
